Do you accept new patients?
Yes. We love new patients and referrals!

Do I need to arrive early for my first appointment?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete new patient forms if you have not printed and completed the forms ahead of time. You may print forms from the New Patient section of this website.

What insurance do you accept?
We are considered an “in network” provider for Delta Dental Premier and Superior Dental Network. We do submit claims to other dental insurance carriers; however, it is the responsibility of the patient to contact the applicable insurance carrier to inquire about their policy-specific “out of network” benefit, if any. We do not accept or submit claims for any form of Medicaid.

When is my balance due?
Payment in full is required within 30 days of the statement date, unless special payment arrangements have been made prior to your scheduled appointment. We accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards.

What is the cancellation policy?
We require advance notice of 48 hours. This allows for the opportunity to offer the appointment to another patient.
